Press & data

YouTuberStocks is a measurement layer over finance YouTube. We transcribe 35 channels, extract their qualified stock calls, and score them against real prices — which makes a normally-unaccountable corner of the internet quotable. This page has the headline numbers, ready to cite, and a direct line to the person who runs it.

The numbers, ready to cite

As of June 2026: we track 35 finance YouTube channels across the US and Europe, covering 595 stocks from 2,297 qualified calls. Of the 17 creators with a meaningful track record (20+ scored calls), only 12 beat a coin flip on directional accuracy — the kind of finding that is impossible to make without scoring the calls.

Every figure here updates twice a day and links back to its source. The methodology behind it is fully public on the methodology page.

Story angles

Popularity ≠ accuracy. Channels under 100K subscribers out-measure several with 500K+, and one popular 479K-subscriber channel scored below a coin flip. Consensus as a signal. When many independent creators converge on one stock — or all avoid a hyped IPO — that overlap is a story in itself. The accountability gap. Almost no one checks finance-influencer predictions; we do, on the record.

Happy to pull a custom cut for a specific story — a single creator's full record, a stock's consensus history, or this month's biggest shifts. Charts and figures are free to cite with attribution to YouTuberStocks (a link to the methodology is appreciated).
